Karen Marie’s primary area of expertise is family law and law of succession.
In the field of family law, Karen Marie handles matrimonial cases, including division of property, cases regarding children and parental responsibility, access agreements and legal advice to married couples concerning for example separate estates. Karen Marie is authorized administrator by the Probate Court in Viborg and thus she assists the court in public division of matrimonial property.
In the field of law of succession, Karen Marie prepares last wills and testaments, administrates estates of deceased people and provides legal assistance in inheritance cases.
